Communication Specialist II

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Cardiovascular business in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Communication Specialist II to lead the development and execution of internal communication programs. The role will support the company’s culture, promote the Credo, and enhance employee engagement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement short‑term and long‑term communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Drive internal communication initiatives, including cultural activities, programs, and Credo promotion.
• Collaborate with corporate communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Create and distribute content for various internal channels to foster engagement and a “end‑to‑end” mindset.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication programs and adjust strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications or corporate communications within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of communication best practices and ability to tailor messages for diverse employee audiences.
• Leadership capability to guide communication initiatives and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and corporate guidelines.
