About the role
As a Community Partner Manager (CPM) you will engage at scale with thousands of creators across all genres in Spanish‑speaking Latin America. You will onboard, educate, and support emerging creator communities, driving adoption of Google products and fostering long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard and educate creators, providing scalable community communications and support.
- Manage a portfolio of top and emerging creators, ensuring ongoing engagement and feedback loops.
- Design and execute quarterly product‑focused bootcamps to create lighthouse ambassadors.
- Develop and maintain an operational model using multiple communication platforms and AI‑driven tools.
- Identify business opportunities, assess financial benefits, and structure partnership agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking within technology‑related industries.
- Proven experience working with C‑level executives and managing agreements.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Mexican citizenship (required by local labor law).
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑changing, collaborative environment.
Required skills
- Experience with CDPs, CRMs, CMSs, and data onboarding tools.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Gateway, Google Data Manager, Enhanced Conversions, and Vehicle Listing Ads.
- Content programming and creative campaign design/management.
