Data Delivery Manager

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Data Delivery Manager to lead data‑driven initiatives across multi‑national teams. You will be responsible for steering complex programs from conception to delivery, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of data‑related programs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve timely, high‑quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the primary point of contact for delivery matters.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to guarantee delivery excellence.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure resource planning across multiple workstreams.
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and effective communication between technical, business, and leadership teams.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience across diverse projects.
• At least 3 years in lead, manager, architect, or coordinator roles.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ employees and participating in 5+ full‑cycle projects.
• Strong background in project administration, planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Tableau for dashboards, reports, and visual analytics.
• AWS cloud services for data and infrastructure support.
• Data architecture principles, including data modeling and integration.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Project administration and delivery management expertise.
