DevOps Engineer – Digital Marketing Platform

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our digital‑marketing technology team. You will work within software engineering squads, providing operational support and building automated, scalable infrastructure that powers cross‑channel media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and operate production infrastructure with a strong automation focus.
• Manage AWS‑based cloud resources and, where needed, physical infrastructure.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Support containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve operational issues.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB).
• Troubleshoot issues across the full application stack and analyse logs for root‑cause identification.
• Document system architecture and operational procedures.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (other clouds a plus).
• Proficiency with Terraform or Ansible for IaC.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux environments.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or InfluxDB.
• Scripting ability in Bash or Python.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
