Director, LATAM Supply Chain Digital Capability & Modernization

About the role

The Director of LATAM Supply Chain Digital Capability & Modernization will lead the enterprise-wide digital agenda for PepsiCo's supply chain across Agro, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Workforce Management in Latin America. This senior role is responsible for consolidating initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and govern the end‑to‑end Supply Chain digital agenda, aligning priorities and ensuring value delivery.
• Own the Supply Chain digital portfolio, providing executive visibility on progress, risks, and value realization (COGS, service, productivity, working capital).
• Lead and manage Supply Chain PMOs to ensure disciplined execution, dependency management, and delivery rigor.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and Finance to define CAPEX requirements, timelines, success criteria, and business cases.
• Define and standardize digital routines and ways of working, embedding them into daily management systems.
• Lead change management and adoption, monitoring tool usage and maturity to sustain impact.
• Chair the Supply Chain Digital Council to drive governance and alignment.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise leadership experience in supply chain digital transformation.
• Strong track record of managing large‑scale digital portfolios and PMOs.
• Experience partnering with finance and COE teams for investment governance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
