Director of Alumni Leadership, Americas

About the role

Teach For All is seeking a Director of Alumni Leadership for the Americas to accelerate the impact of its alumni network across Latin America. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on program design to build a connected, high‑performing alumni movement that advances educational equity for children in underserved communities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality coaching and consulting to Teach For All network partners in the Americas.
• Facilitate peer‑learning among partner organizations and develop resources to strengthen local alumni strategies.
• Design and launch new programs that develop alumni leadership, foster connectivity, and encourage mutual support.
• Collaborate daily with the Americas regional team and the global Collective Learning & Consulting team.
• Report to the Head of Alumni Leadership while contributing to the Global Alumni Leadership Team.

Required profile

• Strategic movement‑builder with a deep commitment to educational equity in Latin America.
• Proven ability to mobilize leaders across borders and turn individual alumni into a unified regional movement.
• Expertise in cultivating leadership, communicating complex ideas, and designing group learning journeys.
• Strong advocate for children and a focus on transforming systemic barriers to learning.
