About the role

You will play a pivotal role in accelerating eLearning content delivery, helping the organization overcome bandwidth constraints and maintain high‑quality enablement. This position focuses on creating innovative, consistent, and engaging learning experiences that align with brand standards and support both internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and present sophisticated enablement content that scales for internal readiness and customer adoption.
• Build interactive simulations, click‑through workflows, and system‑based learning modules.
• Utilize reusable templates and design systems to ensure visual consistency across courses.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to validate technical accuracy and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple deliverables concurrently, from intake to final delivery.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating clear instructional structure and visual quality.
• Experience translating complex technical documentation into engaging learning solutions.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
• Experience creating interactive simulations and click‑through workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Mindsmith) for script drafting and content acceleration.
• Ability to apply brand and visual guidelines consistently.
