About the role

We are a family‑run Asian fusion restaurant with two locations, a boba shop, and a new catering division in Los Angeles. We need an Executive Assistant who can keep our fast‑moving operations organized, support client communications, and help grow our catering business.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to catering inquiries, manage client communication from first contact through event confirmation.
  • Coordinate with the chef, director of operations, and restaurant team to ensure catering events are fully prepared.
  • Conduct outreach to local schools, churches, and community groups to promote catering services.
  • Draft marketing copy, outreach emails, and promotional materials for team review.
  • Match incoming invoices with shipment records and flag discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update the events calendar, keeping the team informed of bookings and deadlines.
  • Provide day‑to‑day admin support: email management, document organization, mail sorting, and ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

  • 2+ years experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or admin support.
  • Experience working with clients in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without letting anything fall through the cracks.
  • Alignment with our SCORE values, especially solution‑focus and ownership.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience with Notion (strong plus).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
