Frontend Developer – Creative Technology Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Developer (Creative Technology Associate) to join a multidisciplinary team that drives digital production, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), asset automation, and ad‑tech integrations. The role blends front‑end development with creative technology, supporting omni‑channel campaigns across programmatic, social, and video platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support omni‑channel campaigns across programmatic, social, and video.
• Work with digital assets, ad formats, and DCO tools.
• Develop or adapt creatives using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Participate in QA, troubleshooting, tagging, asset tracking, and ad‑server integrations.
• Collaborate with creative, tech, media, and project‑management teams.
• Use platforms such as Google GMP (DCM, GWD), Celtra, Clinch, Innovid, Smartly, Jivox, and Bannerflow.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a Creative, AdTech, or Digital Agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital creative best practices, IAB formats, and dynamic creatives.
• Detail‑oriented with a solid QA mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
