Frontline Recruiter – High Volume Hiring (US)

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Frontline Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring across the United States. You will act as a recruitment consultant, guiding hiring managers through the end‑to‑end hiring process and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for frontline positions, from requisition to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders to define hiring needs.
• Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Track candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best recruiting practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of frontline or high‑volume recruitment experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Adaptable, results‑oriented and fluent in English.
