Full Stack Engineer (Mid‑level)

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a mid‑level Full Stack Engineer to maintain and evolve a live Hiring Events platform that runs in a high‑production, real‑time environment. You will work on both backend services and frontend experiences, collaborating closely with client support and go‑to‑market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues affecting live hiring events.
• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain and improve backend services built with Java, Spring Boot, Python and Django.
• Maintain and enhance frontend applications using React.
• Own deployments, code merges, and production releases.
• Support architecture updates, integrations, and dependency changes.
• Mentor and onboard new engineers on the team.
• Use logs and data to investigate incidents and drive technical decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (upper‑intermediate).
• Ability to ramp up quickly and manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience working in live production environments.
