Global Supply Chain Rapid Supply Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Rapid Supply Coordinator to join our Rapid Response Team. In this role you will help implement standardized methods for managing critical component shortages, ensuring production continuity across our contract manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment of standardized working methods for critical component shortage management.
• Participate in daily shortage review meetings with contract manufacturers to identify and resolve constraints.
• Track and report supplier delivery performance, providing accurate and timely updates.
• Maintain and update the Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) to ensure accountability for mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate delivery risks and support supply continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably within the electronics industry.
• Familiarity with electronic components and the Smartsheet platform.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
