Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Tijuana‑based design team. You will work closely with colleagues in Mexico and the United States, reporting to the Design Director, and will help create visual assets that support both B2B and B2C initiatives across Vervent Services and Vervent Card divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing collateral and sales tools for Vervent’s business lines.
• Create assets for web, digital, mobile, social, video, and in‑market channels.
• Assist in production work and maintain files according to departmental standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand products and suggest design/UX improvements.
• Uphold departmental quality and brand standards through strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Support team collaboration and handle ad‑hoc design projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of full‑time graphic design experience (or 5+ years of steady contract work).
• Advanced written and verbal English.
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines with close attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work both autonomously and within a team.
