High Volume Recruiter

About the role

MezTal is seeking a proactive and highly organized High Volume Recruiter to support hiring across multiple U.S. locations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. You will own the full‑cycle recruiting process for frontline and community‑based positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely staffing for our teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume frontline roles.
• Post jobs and source candidates through various channels.
• Conduct phone screenings, evaluate candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Oversee the offer process and pre‑employment steps.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics within the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on staffing priorities across multiple locations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly or frontline positions in the United States.
• Strong communication and phone‑screening abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Preferred background in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, customer service, call center, or retail.
