Hospitality Musketeer

About the role

The Hospitality Musketeer acts as Red Bull’s brand ambassador within the hotel ecosystem. You will build strategic relationships with key hotel decision‑makers, ensure the brand’s visibility and premium execution, and drive volume growth by positioning Red Bull as the beverage of choice for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with concierge, bar managers, beverage directors and F&B leaders in strategic hotels.
• Represent Red Bull professionally, delivering brand knowledge and on‑premise expertise at every consumption point.
• Activate events, negotiate premium placements, and create experiential opportunities for corporate conferences, weddings and third‑party events.
• Manage territory growth, analyse account performance, set volume goals and collaborate with local distributors.
• Maintain and optimise operational tools (CRM, POS, knowledge bases) and ensure timely reporting.

Required profile

• Credible and knowledgeable about the hospitality environment.
• Strong influence with F&B leadership teams and a “do‑it‑now” attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset to identify distribution opportunities and drive results.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with POS platforms.
