HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join KOSTAL’s Human Capital team in the automotive sector. The role will act as a strategic and operational partner for business leaders, supporting a full range of HR activities and helping to align people strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and operational HR partner for assigned business areas.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters.
• Manage core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent review, succession planning, employee engagement, training, and off‑boarding.
• Coach managers on employee relations, organizational challenges, and people‑management practices.
• Support disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and labor‑related issues in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Partner on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and culture.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure consistent service delivery and support change‑management projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner is highly desirable.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent processes and general HR practices.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
