HR Business Partner – People & Culture

About the role

The HR Business Partner / People & Culture role is a strategic position focused on strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall workplace climate. Working closely with business leaders, you will design and drive people strategies that align with company objectives and foster a high‑performance, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on organizational development, team effectiveness, and talent management.
• Lead and implement initiatives that reinforce organizational culture in line with company values and goals.
• Design and execute employee engagement and climate programs, including surveys, action plans, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance management, feedback culture, and leadership development.
• Identify organizational needs and propose solutions for team structure, change management, and workforce planning.
• Support conflict resolution and promote a respectful, collaborative work environment.
• Analyze HR metrics (engagement, turnover, performance) to provide actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Lead internal communications related to culture, values, and organizational priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in organizational development/culture‑focused positions.
• Proven experience in employee engagement, organizational climate, and culture transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
