About the role

Join HSBC's Global Service Center as an Internal Communications Manager and shape how the organization shares its strategic messages across global, regional and local levels. You will be responsible for designing and executing communication strategies that boost employee engagement and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and measure effective communication strategies for global, regional and local audiences.
• Supervise the alignment of internal campaigns with business goals and brand standards.
• Design the area’s organizational effectiveness strategy, considering available resources.
• Provide advisory support on communication best practices to business partners.
• Participate actively in cultural transformation initiatives.
• Increase employee engagement and drive actionable outcomes.
• Support business areas in repositioning their internal messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and editing skills with a focus on clarity and impact.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make informed decisions.
• Creative thinking for message and campaign development.
