IT Support Specialist (First & Second Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team in Mexico. You will provide first‑ and second‑level support to internal users across local and international sites, ensuring smooth operation of IT services and contributing to global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd level support for internal users via ticketing system, phone and email.
• Support business applications, especially in production and logistics environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues both on‑site and remotely.
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, PCs and meeting rooms.
• Collaborate with internal departments and global IT teams.
• Maintain and improve IT documentation and knowledge base.
• Assist IT projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage IT assets and inventory.
• Conduct user onboarding sessions and trainings.
• Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and customer‑oriented approach.
• Reliable, structured and proactive working style.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (German a plus).

Required skills

• Windows environments (clients & servers).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Active Directory.
• Basic administration of server applications.
