Java Fullstack Developer – Remote (Guadalajara)

About the role

HCLTech Mexico is looking for a Java Fullstack Developer to join its DevOps team. The position is currently remote, based in the Guadalajara, Jalisco area, with the expectation to work on a variety of projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java‑based microservices using Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Build and enhance front‑end features with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Optimize relational database schemas and queries (SQL) for efficiency.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participate in CI/CD pipeline activities and code reviews.
• Work with Git version control and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a software developer.
• Hands‑on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in ReactJS and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL query optimization.
• Willingness to relocate to Guadalajara if currently residing elsewhere.
