Junior Designer – Digital Marketing

About the role

As a Junior Designer you will support DiDi’s Design Hub and marketing team by creating visual assets for a variety of digital marketing initiatives. This role offers hands‑on experience in fintech and a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual materials for in‑app communication, CRM newsletters, landing pages, website elements and field‑marketing assets.
• Create social‑media graphics and adapt creative assets to different formats and sizes.
• Support the execution of field‑marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain and organize templates, creative files and campaign assets to ensure scalability and rapid rollout.
• Explore and apply generative AI tools to accelerate design workflows and improve quality.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing or a related creative field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of design processes and a genuine interest in AI‑driven creative tools.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using generative AI tools for visual exploration and content production.
