About the role

The L2 Team Lead (Operational Lead) will own the quality and operational success of a search evaluation project in Mexico City. This position bridges the gap between policy owners and the on‑site execution team, ensuring guidelines are understood and applied consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Master complex search evaluation guidelines and resolve ambiguities through proactive Q&A with guideline owners.
• Translate policy updates into clear, actionable instructions for L1 specialists.
• Drive project milestones, lead quality calibration sessions, and guarantee delivery against strict SLAs.
• Manage intensive training programs and provide day‑to‑day operational support to the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing on‑site teams with demanding training needs and strict service level agreements.
• Strong understanding of search engine functions, user intent analysis, and search quality optimization strategies.
• Professional maturity to handle and evaluate sensitive content such as violence or adult material.
