Logistic Flows Analyst

About the role

Valeo is a global high‑technology company that designs revolutionary solutions to reinvent mobility. The Logistic Flows Analyst will contribute to the design, implementation and improvement of internal and external material flows within the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze internal material flows and scheduling processes to accelerate physical flows.
• Support the design, development and improvement of tools, equipment, packaging and flow organization for assigned areas.
• Provide technical support for plant operations such as layout, new projects and value‑stream analysis.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to maintain production continuity.
• Design flow processes within schedule and budget constraints.
• Monitor, debug and refine new methods and procedures.
• Implement and manage visual reorder or pull‑flow systems for external logistics.
• Negotiate with carrier companies and coordinate with purchasing and supply‑chain schedulers.
• Collect and analyse transportation data, measure costs and propose cost‑reduction actions.
• Participate in the Valeo Production System (VPS) and support quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Specialisation in internal or external logistics flows (receiving, shipping, warehousing, etc.).
• Experience analysing material and inventory flows in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to provide technical support for layout, projects and value‑stream analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to maintain continuity of production flows.
