Maintenance Technician

About the role

Epta is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability, safety and performance of its building and equipment. You will diagnose issues, execute preventive maintenance and implement technical improvements across mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose work to be performed and propose technical solutions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance plans and building maintenance.
• Prepare, plan and execute improvements or modifications.
• Organise repairs by gathering tools, equipment and materials.
• Perform first‑level mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs quickly.
• Analyse problems and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Execute tasks while mitigating unsafe acts and conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Management experience with comparable responsibilities.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering or High School diploma.
