Manufacturing & Process Engineer

About the role

Join Bosch's Toluca plant as a Manufacturing & Process Engineer on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for planning, developing, updating and optimizing manufacturing methods for the Arm of Wiper Systems, a highly automated production line that includes robotics and vision systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes to meet product specifications and targets.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and problem‑solving activities (8D) to reduce downtime, scrap and failure costs.
• Create and maintain production documentation such as FMEA, visual aids, flow diagrams and control plans.
• Ensure safety compliance on the production lines and specify tooling changes to maintain quality.
• Implement quality‑assurance tools and monitor process efficiency.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Advanced level of English.
• Structured, systematic and analytical approach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset and project‑management abilities.
