Manufacturing Quality Senior Specialist

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Senior Specialist to lead quality initiatives at its Meknes Plant 1. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure product conformity, drive continuous improvement, and uphold the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal and external problem analysis, monitor quality defects, and implement immediate containment actions.
• Drive root‑cause analysis and preventive measures through quality circles, ensuring corrective actions meet customer and quality standards.
• Manage and develop the quality team, providing clear communication, guidance, and supervision of production quality responsibilities.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, CSR requirements, and EHS rules, promoting quality, safety, and customer‑specific standards.
• Act as the primary interface with CSC for external claims and audits, handling quality matters transparently and professionally.
• Maintain and prepare essential documentation for production and customer requirements, including deviation requests and rectifications.

Required profile

• Bac+5 degree in Quality Management, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar quality position.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, rigor, and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experienced with quality tools: FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Why.
• Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 and other customer‑specific quality frameworks.
