Manufacturing Technician II

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician II to support the assembly of diverse products in our modern factory. The role involves setting up, calibrating, testing, maintaining and operating production equipment while ensuring compliance with established processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble products according to plant procedures.
• Configure, calibrate and test equipment and tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Operate production lines while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Document work and report deviations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, autonomous work attitude.
• Ability to work in a bilingual environment (approximately 50% English).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience using measurement instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Basic knowledge of HMI and PLC systems; familiarity with PLC sensors is a plus.
• Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.
