Mid Product Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Product Designer to join Very’s remote team and work with leading brands such as Vizio, Peloton and iHeart Radio. The role focuses on turning complex business requirements into intuitive digital experiences while collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and user needs into wireframes, user flows and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Plan and conduct user research, market analysis and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Contribute reusable components to the design system and maintain clear documentation for developer hand‑offs.
• Work cross‑functionally with engineers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product strategy.
• Iterate designs based on data, feedback and emerging UX trends to continuously improve the user experience.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of product design experience, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to balance user‑centered design with business objectives and technical constraints.

Required skills

• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Proficiency in wireframing and high‑fidelity prototyping.
• Conducting user research, usability testing and data‑driven design iteration.
