Packing Process Engineer

About the role

The Packing Process Engineer will support the LEGO Group’s manufacturing operations by driving equipment standardisation, continuous improvement and safety. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams and global partners to design, test and implement new packing equipment that meets high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate standardisation and continuous improvement of packing equipment.
• Provide technical guidance for equipment design and construction with suppliers.
• Support design, development and testing of new equipment according to company standards.
• Contribute mechanical engineering inputs to technical project management.
• Ensure new equipment meets safety, quality, stability, output and cost criteria.
• Participate in global flow implementation for potential new factories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in maintenance or manufacturing, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt a plus).
• Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
