Product Manager – Switching Platform (Mexico)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager to lead high‑visibility projects that address market and regulatory requirements for its domestic switching platform in Mexico. The role combines deep customer insight with close collaboration with technology teams to deliver secure, simple, and smart payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery of the technology roadmap for the Mexican switching platform.
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams and external technical vendors to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Gather business requirements, identify barriers, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Maintain alignment with business objectives, scope, and stakeholder roles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and next‑step recommendations to sponsors and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial products and payment ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical and operational initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior leaders and project sponsors.
• Experience in coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams and external vendors.
