Production Coordinator – Remote (PST/EST)

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Production Coordinator to oversee and streamline production workflows for multiple clients in a fast‑moving creative operations environment. The role is fully remote, supporting teams across PST or EST time zones, and provides senior operational capacity to keep projects on track without constant oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflows across several active clients and projects, managing timelines, deliverables, approvals and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, contractors and client contacts.
• Support onboarding and operational setup for new clients together with the Production Lead.
• Identify and resolve blockers early, ensuring continuous progress without frequent escalations.
• Scale production capacity as project volume grows and improve departmental processes and organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing production workflows in agency, media or content production settings.
• Strong operational judgment with the ability to make independent decisions in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent organization, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple simultaneous projects while staying calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Fluency with AI‑driven tools and modern operational software.
