Program Coordinator – Production Solutions

About the role

Netflix’s Production Solutions team is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the LatAm region. The role bridges Production Operations, Production Technology and Media Operations, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, tracked and adopted across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report on Production Solutions initiatives, maintaining visibility on priorities, timelines, risks and next steps.
• Support execution of projects using established frameworks, ensuring work is documented and progresses without delay.
• Drive adoption of new tools and workflows across productions, communicating changes clearly and monitoring usage.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination, including scheduling, note‑taking and follow‑ups to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Identify dependencies, risks and gaps between Production, Technology and Media teams and help resolve them early.
• Collect feedback from productions, surface insights and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Production, Post, VFX or Project Coordinator in film or TV.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to organize complex, cross‑functional work and keep multiple initiatives moving forward.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize information and keep stakeholders aligned.
