About the role
The Purchasing Coordinator ensures the timely and professional execution of purchasing activities that support Mubea Cyclone Operations. This role promotes strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration while guaranteeing operational continuity through efficient sourcing of CAPEX equipment, services, tooling, chemicals, and compounds.
Key responsibilities
- Manage shop supplies and tooling via e‑catalogues (Uline, Travers, Grainger).
- Procure consumable cleaning chemicals and aerospace‑approved products.
- Source machine cutting tools, oils, coolants, abrasives for deburring and polishing.
- Oversee CAPEX equipment purchases.
- Handle stores and inventory management.
- Coordinate sheet‑metal fabrication equipment and tooling procurement.
- Support facility management purchasing needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar purchasing role, preferably in the automotive or aviation industry.
- Strong procurement and supplier‑management capabilities.
- Proven negotiation and cost‑management expertise.
- Analytical mindset with solid systems knowledge.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Required skills
- SAP (ERP) proficiency.
- ERP system navigation.
