About the role

Join the Open Video project to ensure a seamless streaming experience for a leading North‑American TV provider. As a QA Automation Engineer you will safeguard software quality across Android and OTT platforms, working closely with development and QA teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse system specifications and define comprehensive test requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Java‑based frameworks.
• Execute functional, regression, and performance tests on Android/OTT applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Validate releases and troubleshoot post‑launch issues to ensure stability.
• Continuously improve testing processes by recommending new tools and techniques.
• Generate clear reports on product reliability and test coverage.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Hands‑on experience testing Android platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
