About the role
Averna, a global leader in test and quality solutions, is looking for a proactive Receptionist / Administrative professional to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and direct customers, visitors, and callers, providing accurate information.
- Arrange on‑site customer visits and coordinate internal communications.
- Organise transportation, travel bookings, accommodations, and related invoicing.
- Support international mobility documentation.
- Collaborate with the social club to plan office activities.
- Maintain office supplies, including kitchen inventory.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English; French is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, autonomous, and accountable.
Required skills
- MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
