Recruiter – Operations (High‑Volume Hiring)

About the role

Flexport is looking for a Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring for Operations. You will own end‑to‑end recruiting cycles, build pipelines of early‑career talent, and help scale the company’s internal mobility culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting cycles for Operations roles, primarily targeting new graduates and candidates with 1‑3 years of experience.
• Source, engage, and screen a high volume of candidates daily while maintaining a consistent candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent team to define hiring strategies, prioritize requisitions, and meet hiring targets.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as conversion rates, time‑to‑hire, and source effectiveness, and recommend process improvements.
• Act as an ambassador for Flexport’s employer brand by designing outreach campaigns, campus programs, and referral initiatives.
• Experiment with modern recruiting tools, including automation and AI‑assisted sourcing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (in‑house or agency), preferably with volume or Operations hiring.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for representing Flexport to early‑career candidates.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and feedback loops.
• Comfort working with metrics and a growth mindset for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with sourcing automation tools (e.g., AI‑assisted sourcing platforms) – optional.
