Remote SEO Analyst – Full‑time

About the role

One Firefly is seeking a remote Search Engine Optimization Analyst to join its client‑focused marketing team. You will work from home, collaborating with SEO Strategists to improve search visibility and drive qualified leads for residential and commercial custom‑integration clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly on‑site SEO tasks for a portfolio of client websites, including title, meta, header, internal link, and content optimization.
• Write, edit, and refine SEO‑focused copy for existing pages and local landing pages.
• Support monthly and quarterly SEO reporting by gathering data, drafting commentary, and aligning insights with client goals.
• Review client communications to understand business context, market, and priorities.
• Leverage AI and SEO tools to enhance research, ideation, content refinement, and workflow efficiency while ensuring human review.
• Assist with launch‑phase SEO updates for new client accounts.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal English with strong communication skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a professional remote work setup.
• Detail‑oriented, able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with distributed teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Experience using AI tools for research and content generation.
• On‑page SEO expertise: titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking.
• Content optimization and copywriting for SEO.
