Revenue Director

About the role

The Revenue Director will lead the overall revenue strategy for Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, driving performance and profitability across all market segments in a dynamic resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize total hotel revenue.
• Oversee weekly and monthly forecasting, performance analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align commercial campaigns with revenue objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand drivers to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify revenue opportunities and implement action plans to improve occupancy and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Revenue team to ensure best‑in‑class practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or Hospitality.
• Postgraduate degree or certification in Revenue Management, Finance, or Marketing is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of progressive revenue management experience in large‑scale hotels or resorts.
• Proven leadership experience managing revenue teams and driving commercial strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with RMS tools such as IDeaS, Duetto, and Rainmaker.
• Experience using PMS/CRS platforms like Opera and Synxis.
• Advanced Excel and business intelligence tools for data‑driven decision making.
• Strong knowledge of distribution strategies across online and offline channels.
• Fluency in English (advanced); additional languages are a plus.
