About the role

Join IFF’s dynamic sales team in Mexico City as a Sales & Customer Care Assistant. You will act as the operational backbone for the commercial organization, supporting data‑driven decisions and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare APO reports, gap analyses, KPIs and pipeline monitoring.
  • Provide analytical, administrative and coordination support to the sales function.
  • Create professional sales presentations summarising performance, pipeline and insights.
  • Handle customer operational requests, including documentation, certifications and platform updates.
  • Coordinate product sample requests and deliveries.
  • Analyse import statistics to support market and commercial understanding.
  • Manage internal coordination across Sales, CSR, GRA, Applications, Finance and Logistics.
  • Support vendor management activities such as purchase requisitions and payment follow‑ups.
  • Organise travel, expenses, events and internal communication channels (e.g., Teams).

Required profile

  • Experience supporting sales or commercial teams in an operational, analytical or coordination role.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to prepare reports, KPIs and performance insights.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
