Sales Development Representative

About the role

EBizCharge is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Irvine team. In this full‑time position you will focus on outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for the company’s integrated payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100% outbound calls to connect with business prospects and schedule product demonstrations.
• Qualify leads and set appointments through proactive outreach.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of EBizCharge’s proprietary payment solutions.
• Maintain a daily dial time of at least five hours and manage time efficiently.
• Learn and effectively use the company’s CRM/data system.

Required profile

• Prior experience in outbound B2B lead generation phone sales.
• Coachability and willingness to learn.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
