About the role

HCLTech is seeking motivated fresh graduates to join its SAP BASIS Trainee program. This entry‑level position provides a structured pathway into SAP system administration and cloud‑based SAP technologies, preparing candidates for a long‑term career in the SAP ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support the TDD team with daily assignments and incident resolution.
• Coordinate with functional and technical SAP stakeholders across projects.
• Learn and work with cloud‑based SAP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Assist in SAP system installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning under supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recent graduate).
• Strong interest in SAP technologies and willingness to undergo SAP BASIS training and certification.
• Readiness to work in global support environments and adapt to rotational shifts if required.
