Senior Director, Alliances & Channels

About the role

Oracle Mexico is looking for a transformational Senior Director to own and grow its Alliances & Channels business. The leader will drive revenue, pipeline and cloud consumption through a modern, AI‑enabled partner ecosystem across Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Alliances & Channels revenue targets, pipeline creation and partner‑sourced bookings for Oracle Mexico.
• Define and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Applications, Data, AI and industry solutions.
• Build and manage joint business plans with Global and regional System Integrators, ISVs, distributors, hyperscalers, telecom providers and emerging AI partners.
• Lead the transformation of the partner ecosystem toward cloud‑first, AI‑first and services‑led models.
• Scale Oracle’s AI ecosystem, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, data platforms and analytics partners.
• Recruit, develop and enable next‑generation partners, ensuring certification, consumption and customer success.
• Collaborate across Oracle’s matrixed organization to mobilize internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level commercial leadership in partner ecosystems, preferably within cloud or enterprise software.
• Strong executive presence with ability to build trusted relationships at C‑suite level.
• Deep understanding of cloud, data, AI and emerging technologies and their business impact.
• Track record of delivering measurable revenue growth and market expansion.
