Senior Recruiter – Construction Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our construction talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple openings simultaneously, and maintains high hiring standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for construction‑related positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to define hiring needs and project requirements.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, trade networks, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Keep all recruitment activities and candidate records up‑to‑date in ATS and CRM systems.
• Provide pre‑endorsements with detailed evaluations and interview notes.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring deadlines consistently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology and hiring needs.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn recruiting and job board sourcing.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting tools.
