Senior Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager (SAFe)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to lead teams in a SAFe environment. You will drive Agile best practices, remove impediments, and ensure seamless cross‑team collaboration to deliver high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate day‑to‑day Agile ceremonies and implement best practices to improve team velocity.
• Promote cross‑team communication, track project status, and proactively manage dependencies.
• Identify and remove impediments, partnering with PMO leadership on program‑level issues.
• Participate in quarterly Big Room Planning and help teams make realistic commitments.
• Lead regular retrospectives and contribute to Inspect and Adapt events for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a servant leader, fostering healthy relationships within development teams.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a technical setting.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent; SAFe certifications are a plus.
• Experience working within a PMO to deliver complex solutions using Agile processes.
• Familiarity with streaming applications, entertainment technology, or video/metadata ingestion workflows.
• Proven ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
