Software Engineer – Mobile (IC4)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Software Engineer (IC4) to lead the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality mobile applications. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into secure, performant code.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of mobile applications and ensure code meets functional and security standards.
• Provide expertise in modern design and development practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Write clean, error‑free, vulnerability‑free code and create comprehensive automated tests.
• Review code, give feedback, and enforce coding conventions.
• Optimize apps for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Maintain task status in Jira and collaborate through pair programming.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical decisions across projects.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment scripts.
• Implement and manage version control, branching, and merging strategies.
• Work with SRE teams to size infrastructure, monitor availability, and resolve performance issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading mobile development teams and delivering production‑grade applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross‑functional teams and mentorship.
