Staff Accountant II

About the role

Salesloft is looking for a Staff Accountant II to join its fast‑growing Accounting & Finance team in Guadalajara. The role will support core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including vendor and customer invoicing through Coupa.
• Perform day‑to‑day accounting operations, maintain general ledger accounts, and execute month‑end close activities.
• Conduct balance‑sheet reconciliations, reconcile cash and bank statements, and support cash forecasting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional service and resolve accounting inquiries.
• Assist with treasury operations, including bank relationship management.
• Ensure accurate departmental expense accounting and reporting.
