Supply Chain Analyst III (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst III to coordinate and integrate material and information flows across suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. This remote position focuses on improving efficiency, reliability, and agility of our manufacturing supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and drive end‑to‑end supply chain performance for assigned manufacturing sites.
• Conduct demand analysis, assess supply reliability, and improve inventory efficiency.
• Collaborate with plant operations to recommend long‑range capacity solutions.
• Assist Master Schedulers in using advanced planning systems to optimize delivery and inventory.
• Lead strategic supply chain optimization projects and footprint moves.
• Track and report supply chain KPIs, initiating actions to close gaps.
• Oversee order progress, quantity, and shipping timeliness.
• Review distribution and inventory procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize cost.
• Provide data entry and processing support for the Supply Chain team.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational coordination, escalations, and exception handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 + years experience in supply chain, production planning, purchasing or procurement.
• Experience with electronic components such as connectors and sensors.
• Understanding of Lean concepts (Standard Work, Visual Management, KanBan, 5S).

• SAP R/3.
• IBP (Integrated Business Planning) – highly desired.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Data analysis and reporting.
