Tax & Fiscal Defense Director

About the role

We are seeking a Tax & Fiscal Defense Director to lead our corporate tax strategy in Mexico. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will protect high‑revenue assets and ensure compliance within an increasingly digital fiscal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement local corporate tax strategies while minimizing financial exposure.
• Lead responses to electronic accounting audits and manage interactions with the SAT (Mexico's tax authority).
• Coordinate tax litigation and collaborate with legal defense bodies such as Prodecon.

Required profile

• Deep, up‑to‑date knowledge of federal fiscal reforms and electronic audit defense mechanisms.
• Proven experience in a Big 4 consulting firm or managing tax for high‑revenue multinational groups.
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic negotiation abilities.
