Trade Transportation & Logistics Specialist

About the role

Accelleron is seeking a Trade Transportation & Logistics Specialist to support its Mexico operations. The role will ensure compliant import‑export activities, manage customs procedures and optimise inbound and outbound transportation while collaborating with regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day import and export compliance, including HS code classification, customs valuation and Free Trade Agreement utilization (e.g., USMCA).
• Coordinate with customs brokers to achieve timely and compliant clearance and maintain auditable trade documentation.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments across road, air, sea and courier modes, resolve issues with logistics providers and track delivery performance.
• Analyse freight costs, carrier performance and logistics KPIs, contributing to continuous‑improvement projects.
• Maintain master data in ERP and trade compliance systems (SAP/GTS or equivalent) and prepare TT&L trackers, reports and dashboards.
• Act as the local point of contact for business stakeholders, supporting regional governance, audits and process standardisation.

Required profile

• Experience with trade compliance, customs procedures and transportation management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

• SAP GTS or equivalent trade compliance system.
