Travel Concierge & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Concierge & Operations Specialist to manage high‑touch luxury travel and aviation logistics for premium clients in Mexico. You will coordinate every aspect of the travel journey, ensuring flawless execution from flights and accommodations to ground transportation and VIP services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end travel logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and VIP arrangements.
• Handle real‑time operational requests and last‑minute itinerary changes while preserving a seamless client experience.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and internal teams to guarantee smooth execution.
• Manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast‑moving environment with precision and responsiveness.
• Monitor travel schedules and operational workflows to ensure timely, flawless delivery.
• Resolve operational disruptions quickly while maintaining premium service standards.
• Continuously improve internal processes to boost efficiency and service quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel coordination, operations, logistics, concierge services, hospitality, or similar client‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple real‑time requests in high‑pressure situations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and execution.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Calm, solution‑oriented mindset when handling urgent or unexpected changes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to act independently.
